HR Diagnostic Review Process
We conduct an on-site collaborative Diagnostic Review of the Human Resources function focusing on legal and regulatory compliance. We examine the current overall efficiency in performing all tasks associated with Human Resources, and determine the net effectiveness of the function as currently constituted. We analyze the processes, examine related paperwork and records, and strategically review outcomes related to all aspects of the Human Resources function. We thoroughly review the employment “life-cycle” from New Employee Hiring to Employee Terminations as well as all of the events in between. Our observations, conclusions, and recommendations are delivered to management in a written report.
