Mr. Radwan has over 21 years of experience in Human Resources management and consulting. He has extensive, hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources for clients large and small across the country, including merger and acquisition due diligence and post-merger integration, multi-site plant opening and closings, mass hirings and layoffs, turnaround management engagements for both buyer and seller, benefits design and management strategy, employee communications, union contract negotiations and arbitration, legal actions involving the DOL, OSHA, OFCCP, EEOC, and other State and Federal agencies, as well as having worked successfully as a registered persuader (“union buster”) in union organization and decertification campaigns against the UAW, IBEW, IAM, SEIU, USWA, and others.

He has been involved in solving problems and optimizing his clients' Human Resources in the heavy and light manufacturing, technology, food manufacturing and distribution, non-profits, automotive, warehouse distribution, professional services, social services, municipalities, and healthcare industries, and has worked for clients owned by private equity groups, hedge funds, entrepreneurs, trust funds, foundations, foreign investors, as well as several publicly traded companies.

A frequent speaker, Mr. Radwan has presented to groups large and small on a number of industry topics, and was co-host of the Human Resources radio program “Focus on the Workplace.”

Mr. Radwan has a BS in Finance and an MBA in Management from Indiana University, and is a member of the Chicago chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and Flossmoor Country Club in Flossmoor, Illinois.
