For over 17 years, Mr. Radwan has been delivering strategic Human Resources management and consulting to clients across the Midwest. Mr. Radwan has extensive experience with all aspects of the Human Resources function, and has given seminars and presentations on subjects such as Employee Leadership and the role of Information Systems in Human Resources. He has performed consulting work and projects for manufacturing companies in the automotive, steel, forging, plastics, and environmental management industries as well as for service companies in the financial, legal, insurance, employee leasing, social services, and sales representative industries. He has additionally worked with companies in the healthcare, warehousing, and food services industries. Mr. Radwan began his career at NBD Bank as a Commercial Lender in Detroit, MI.

Mr. Radwan possesses a Finance degree and an MBA from Indiana University, as well as being registered with the Department of Labor as a pro-company Union Persuader. He has attended numerous continuing education seminars on all aspects of Human Resources, Labor law, negotiations, and strategy. Mr. Radwan was a co-host on the nationally syndicated radio show “Focus on the Workplace” which discussed employee relations and employment related issues.

A member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), he has performed dozens of workforce audits on potential merger & acquisition candidates and has extensive experience in organizational change management, post-merger integration, mass hiring and plant openings as well as plant closings, downsizings, and mass layoffs.
