Mr. Eger co-founded NovationHR in 2009 and has over 16 years of Human Resource professional experience in working with companies big and small on various HR initiatives and issues.

Mr. Eger spent six years at Productivity Point in Deerfield, IL, helping Fortune 1000 organizations train and develop their people, including technical staff, outside sales forces, and corporate administrative employees. Clients Mr. Eger was responsible for included Kraft Foods, WW Grainger, Walgreens, Allstate, and Discover Card.

Prior to NovationHR, Mr. Eger was a district manager for Automatic Data Processing's PEO division, TotalSource, where his focus was on new business development, and crafting and selling HR programs for small- and mid-sized privately held businesses.

Mr. Eger is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a BBA in Finance. He lives in Wheaton, IL with his wife, Kara, and their kids, Drew and Mallory.
